As Guidizy Ltd is a specialized deep tech AI startup operating a decentralized, remote first workforce, this is our first reporting period. In accordance with PPN 06/21 guidance for organizations reporting for the first time, our Baseline Year and Current Reporting Year are identical.

Emissions Reduction Targets
In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:

Projected reduction over five years
We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 0.20 tCO2e by 2031. This is a projected reduction of 55%.
Carbon Reduction Projects: Environmental Management Measures
The following environmental management measures and projects have been implemented since our operational inception and will remain in effect when performing the contract:
Measure 1
Sovereign Cloud Efficiency
Our platform, GUARDIAN, is deployed exclusively via cloud provider contracts with IONOS and Scaleway inside European enterprise sovereign clouds, operating within ultra low PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) certified green data centers.
Measure 2
Decentralized Footprint
We enforce a 100% remote first corporate policy, eliminating commercial office real estate energy consumption.
Measure 3
Digital First Operations
We maximize digital only documentation to run a completely paperless operation, minimizing physical waste and supply chain emissions.
Declaration and Sign Off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard, and use the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting. Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standards.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
