GUARDIAN · Quantum-Safe & Quantum-Ready
Built for today's AI.
Ready for the quantum era.
GUARDIAN is a no-code, sovereign AI platform that automates manual business processes for regulated organisations — from three-person firms to large enterprises — in line with India's DPDP Act, GDPR and the EU AI Act. We're now building in protection against tomorrow's quantum computers, and designing GUARDIAN to use quantum computing when it genuinely helps.
One platform · today, built in, next
AI that works for you today. Future-proofed for the quantum era.
Quantum-era protection shouldn't depend on the size of your security team. Every GUARDIAN deployment — self-serve SaaS or a Sovereign Node inside your own infrastructure — gets the same protection, as part of the platform.
Automates your manual business processes
Pick a ready-made workflow template for your industry, give it your own name, connect your systems and go live — no coding. Your team works in the GUARDIAN platform, your customers can reach you on WhatsApp, and a person signs off every important decision.
- Ready-made workflow templates for your industry
- As SaaS, or as a Sovereign Node in your own infrastructure
- Personal data hidden from the AI by design
- Built for the DPDP Act, GDPR and the EU AI Act
Quantum-safe protection
Keeps the data and records GUARDIAN handles safe — even from future quantum computers that could break today's encryption.
- Upgraded, quantum-resistant encryption for data moving to and from GUARDIAN
- A digital seal on approvals and consents, so any change shows
- Encryption kept up to date by us — nothing for you to do
Quantum Tasks
Some workflow steps are hard puzzles — a staff rota, an exam timetable, a delivery plan. When quantum computers are good enough, GUARDIAN will be able to send these puzzles to a quantum computing service you approve, and bring the answer back into your workflow.
- Only the numbers needed to solve the puzzle are sent — never names, IDs or documents
- GUARDIAN also solves it on ordinary computers and keeps the better answer
- Billed like AI Tasks
Quantum in 60 seconds
What a quantum computer is — and why it matters to your data today.
Every computer you use today — laptop, phone, cloud server — is what quantum specialists call a classical computer: it works with bits that are either 0 or 1. A quantum computer works differently, and that brings both a risk and an opportunity.
Qubits, not bits
A quantum computer uses qubits, which can hold a blend of 0 and 1 at once and can be linked so they act together. For certain problems, that lets it explore many possibilities in a way classical computers can't.
Technically: superposition, entanglement and interference. Today's machines are still small and make frequent errors; large, error-corrected machines are the industry's next goal.
Hard problems, not everyday ones
Quantum computers won't replace your laptop. They're expected to help with a few very hard problem types — chiefly optimisation (scheduling, routing, allocation) and simulating molecules and materials.
Today, for most business problems, ordinary computers still match or beat quantum computers. So GUARDIAN will always solve the same problem both ways and keep the better answer.
Some of today's encryption will need an upgrade
A large enough quantum computer could break some of the encryption methods that protect most internet traffic today. Security agencies warn of "harvest now, decrypt later": someone could copy encrypted data today and unlock it once such machines exist.
The fix is post-quantum cryptography (PQC): new encryption methods, standardised by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in 2024, that run on ordinary computers — no quantum computer needed.
Tokenisation = replacing personal details with meaningless stand-ins (built in today). PQC = post-quantum cryptography, encryption designed to resist quantum computers (in development; used wherever the system at the other end supports it).
Why act before quantum computers arrive
The standards are published. The roadmaps are set.
Moving to quantum-safe encryption takes large organisations years, so governments have advised them to start planning now — and that expectation flows down to the businesses they work with.
The new standards exist
In 2024, NIST published the first post-quantum encryption standards. They're free to use and already built into widely used, publicly reviewed open-source software.
Governments have set roadmaps
The UK's National Cyber Security Centre has set a phased timeline for organisations to move. India's quantum-safe task force has proposed one too — starting with critical sectors such as telecoms and power, then sectors such as banking and healthcare.
Your customers will start asking
Large organisations that are moving will ask their suppliers and partners: "are you quantum-safe?" With GUARDIAN, you'll be able to show what's protected — and which of your software providers have a plan.
Latest official timelines: UK NCSC →India DST task force →NIST →
Quantum-safe GUARDIAN · part of the platform
Protection you don't have to think about.
You don't need a quantum computer to be safe from one — you need newer encryption. We're building it into GUARDIAN using well-established, publicly reviewed open-source software that follows the NIST standards. It works the same on SaaS and on Sovereign Nodes.
Personal details never reach the AI
Built inBefore any AI model sees your data, GUARDIAN replaces names, phone numbers, ID numbers, bank details and the other personal fields you choose with meaningless stand-ins (tokens). The real details stay locked in GUARDIAN's protected vault.
Format-preserving encryption (NIST SP 800-38G) built on AES-256 — a type of encryption that quantum computers are not expected to break.
Upgraded encryption for data on the move
In developmentWhenever data travels between your systems and GUARDIAN, it will be protected by upgraded, quantum-resistant encryption, added on top of today's. If a system at the other end can't use the upgrade yet, today's encryption still applies — and GUARDIAN tells you which of your systems already have it.
Hybrid key exchange (X25519 + ML-KEM-768). WhatsApp messages travel on Meta's network, under Meta's encryption.
Approval records that can't be quietly changed
In developmentEvery approval, consent and sign-off will carry a digital seal designed so it can't be forged — even by a future quantum computer. Records are linked in sequence, so any edit or deletion shows. Years later, if something is disputed, you can prove who approved what, and when.
Hash-chained audit trail with post-quantum signatures (ML-DSA) alongside Ed25519, working with GUARDIAN's UK patent-pending Multi-Consensus human-in-the-loop (HITL) gate (GB2615329.6).
Kept up to date for you
In developmentEncryption standards will keep improving. When they do, we update GUARDIAN centrally. Your workflows, data and settings stay exactly as they are.
Crypto-agility: encryption methods can be switched by configuration, and every record notes which method protected it.
What this means for your business
The same GUARDIAN workflows. Records that stay safe and provable.
You use GUARDIAN to get today's work done; the protection comes with it. Tokenisation is built in today — the digital seals and upgraded encryption described below are in development.
"Will my clients' details stay safe for years?"
Clients' PAN, Aadhaar and bank details are replaced with tokens before the AI sees them. Every partner sign-off is sealed, so in a scrutiny or audit years later you can show who reviewed what, and when.
GUARDIAN for Tax & Accounting →"What if a buyer disputes the deal years later?"
The buyer's agreement, payment records and video consent are sealed. If there's a disagreement after handover, you can prove exactly what was agreed.
GUARDIAN for Real Estate →"Can an employer trust our certificate in 10 years?"
Certificates issued through GUARDIAN can carry a seal and QR code. Anyone — an employer, another university — can scan it to check the certificate is genuine and unchanged, for years to come.
GUARDIAN for EdTech →"Patient data must stay private for life."
Patient identities are replaced with tokens before the AI sees them, and every consent is sealed — so you can prove a patient agreed, and their details stay protected long into the future.
GUARDIAN for Healthcare →"Regulators and partners keep asking about security."
KYC details are replaced with tokens and approvals are sealed. On a Sovereign Node, GUARDIAN runs inside your own infrastructure — and its readiness workflows (below) help you show auditors and regulators where you stand.
GUARDIAN for Banking →"We have our own security teams."
Of course — and your migration stays with them. GUARDIAN's own data transfers are being upgraded to quantum-resistant encryption, it can run on a Sovereign Node inside your network, and it can take on repetitive jobs such as chasing vendor declarations or assembling evidence.
GUARDIAN for Telecoms →Quantum-readiness workflows On our roadmap
Know where you stand — and show it when asked.
Much of a business's encryption sits inside the software and services it uses: accounting software, banks, payment gateways, cloud providers. Being ready means knowing which of them have a plan to become quantum-safe. GUARDIAN is designed to do that legwork for you.
List
GUARDIAN starts from the systems already connected to it — such as Tally, Zoho or your bank — and you add any others in a simple form.
Check
For each provider, it reads their published security statements and drafts a short enquiry about their quantum-safe plans. You approve before anything is sent.
Track
It logs the replies, flags providers with no plan, and reminds you to follow up.
Report
You get a readiness report to share with customers, auditors, regulators or bank partners when they ask.
Larger organisations
Enterprises run their quantum-safe migration with their own security teams and specialist tools. On a Sovereign Node, GUARDIAN can take on the repetitive parts alongside them — chasing hundreds of vendors' encryption declarations or assembling evidence packs — with their security team approving every step.
What we don't claim. GUARDIAN can't change the encryption inside your providers' products — only they can. It makes sure the right questions are asked, the answers are chased and the evidence is ready when someone asks for it.
Quantum Tasks · designed for the quantum era On our roadmap
Classical computers first. Quantum when it wins.
Some workflow steps are really puzzles: who works which shift, which engineer goes where, which van takes which delivery. These are among the first problems quantum computers are expected to help with. GUARDIAN doesn't host a quantum computer — it is being designed to connect to quantum computing services run by others, and only ones you approve. Here's how a Quantum Task would work:
Staff rotas
Shifts that respect skills, rest rules and leave.
Exam timetables
Rooms, invigilators and clashes across thousands of students.
Field-engineer routes
Which engineer fixes which fault, in what order, before the deadline.
Deliveries & dispatch
Vans, loads and time slots for perishable or urgent goods.
Provider-agnostic by design
GUARDIAN isn't tied to any one quantum computer. It is being designed to work with whichever quantum computing services you approve — in your own country or elsewhere — and an ordinary computer always solves the same problem too, for comparison.
Where quantum stands today. For most business problems, ordinary computers still give answers as good as — or better than — quantum computers. That's why GUARDIAN will always solve the problem both ways and keep the better answer: you never get a worse answer than an ordinary computer would give, and you build up real evidence of where quantum genuinely helps.

Plain answers
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to do anything?
No. Quantum-safe protection is part of the GUARDIAN platform — on SaaS and on Sovereign Nodes — and reaches you as it's released, at no extra cost and with nothing to set up.
Is my data at risk from quantum computers today?
No quantum computer can break today's strong encryption yet. The concern security agencies raise is "harvest now, decrypt later": data copied now could be unlocked once large quantum computers exist. If your records must stay private for many years — health, financial, identity or legal records — it's worth protecting them now.
Do I need a quantum computer to be quantum-safe?
No. Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) is ordinary software that runs on the computers you already use. GUARDIAN uses well-established, publicly reviewed open-source implementations of the NIST standards.
What does "classical" mean?
It's the term quantum specialists use for the ordinary computers we all use today — laptops, phones, cloud servers.
Does GUARDIAN use or host a quantum computer?
Not today, and we don't plan to host one. Quantum Tasks are on our roadmap: GUARDIAN is being designed to connect to quantum computing services run by others, through their standard interfaces. We're seeking partnerships with quantum programmes in the UK and India. Until quantum proves better on a given problem, an ordinary computer does the work.
Will my data leave my control if a Quantum Task runs?
No personal data would leave. GUARDIAN strips out names, IDs and documents first; only the numbers needed to solve the puzzle (for example shift lengths, skills and distances) would go to a quantum computing service — and only one you have approved. On a Sovereign Node you can limit this to services in your own country, or switch it off entirely.
What do "In development" and "On our roadmap" mean?
"In development" means our engineers are building it into the platform now; it will reach every customer as part of the standard product. "On our roadmap" means it's designed and planned, but not yet being built or tested with customers. We change a label only when it's true.
Will quantum features change my price?
Quantum-safe protection is included at every price point. Optional Quantum Tasks, when available, will be priced separately, because quantum computer time is charged by the provider.
